# Hoàn tiền

Trong trường hợp Vikings chưa thể cung cấp & chế biến được đơn hàng theo yêu cầu của bạn, Vikings sẽ hoàn trả lại số tiền tương ứng dưới 2 hình thức: **Tiền mặt** & **Tiền tài khoản Vikings e-Card**.

## 1. Tiền mặt

Vikings sẽ hoàn tiền với số tiền tương ứng với món bị hủy trong đơn hàng, dưới hình thức tiền mặt. Quy định này được áp dụng cho đơn hàng sử dụng phương thức thanh toán:

* Ví MoMo
* VNPAY
* Tiền mặt

## 2. Vikings e-Card

Với phương thức đặt hàng của đơn là **Vikings e-Card**, hệ thống sẽ tự động hoàn tiền về tài khoản Vikings e-Card của bạn sau khi đơn hàng kết thúc luồng xử lý đơn. Bạn có thể kiểm tra thông tin hoàn tiền tại tab *Lịch sử nạp* như hình bên dưới.
