# Gọi nhân viên hỗ trợ

Bạn có thể gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ tới chạy bàn tại mục "Các bạn Vikings Ơi!" ở cột Menu bên trái.

Click vào nút "Gửi yêu cầu", Chạy bàn sẽ di chuyển tới máy của bạn và tiến hành xử lý yêu cầu của bạn.

Lưu ý: Bạn chỉ có thể gửi mỗi loại yêu cầu tối đa 1 lần. Sau khi bạn Chạy bàn xác nhận đã hoàn thành yêu cầu đã gửi trước đó, bạn có thể tiến hành gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ mới.
